IaMENTOR will connect new adjusters (Mentees) with seasoned adjusters (Mentors) in their areas. Mentees will have the ability to choose a Mentor. They will connect and schedule a time to do a ride along. During this ride along the Mentor will show the Mentee a day in the life of an adjuster.
